Marriage counseling helps couples of all types recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. Through couples counseling you and your partner will be helped to make thoughtful and heartfelt decisions about the future of your relationship.
Couples Support Groups
Practice relationship tools that have worked for many couples. Learn more about relationships and what makes them work. Learn more about your relationship, practice communication, obtain resources and learn from others. This is an 8 week committed group, small in attendees to allow for greater trust in sharing and facilitated by Laara Israhel, lmft. Group will start in February 2018, and use many of the resources and tools of the Dan Wile workshop.
Using the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. Improve your relationships with co-workers, spouse, parents or siblings. Develop coping skills that will help you through stressful confrontations.
